It's a stones throw away from Canning Town station (<6m walk) and has a 24-hour concierge, swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, a games room (pool, foosball, table tennis) and a huge lounge. It also offers restaurants, coffee shops and a Sainsbury's on-site (<4 mins walk). The development is called a 15-min city in itself. Visit it to see it!

As expected from any modern rise - all facilities and amenities are pre-installed. You will also have access to all basic white goods (air fryer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer in the kitchen)

My flatmate stayed here since Aug 2023 and we're looking for a replacement now as he'll be moving to Woolwich for a new opportunity :( About the room - it's fitted w a double bed + mattress, a spacious 2 door wardrobe will full length mirror and two bedside drawers. We also have a small desk in our living room that you can take if you'd like to have a work desk. The window opens onto a view of the River Lea.

You will be sharing the house with 2 working professionals (Shasank, 27) and me (Pratyoosh, 30). We're quite casual and have a great atmosphere going on in the house (board games, movies, football matches) - looking for likeminded people.

In terms of location - it's a great fit for commuters to Canary Wharf and Central London. Canning Town (underground - Jubilee, DLR) is just a 7 min (0.3miles) walk away. Canary wharf is 15 mins and Central London (Farringdon) is 35m door-to-door.
