The property is located within a secure development by the River Thames and is ideally positioned right next to East India DLR station, offering excellent connectivity to Canary Wharf, The City, and Central London.

There is a Morrisons Local just down the road, with a Tesco Express only a 5-minute walk away. Fitness options are also nearby, with both PureGym and F45 within a short walking distance.

We are looking for a professional individual who is ready to move in as soon as possible. Please note, the room is for single occupancy only. You will be sharing the flat with two other male professionals working in finance. We value a calm and respectful living environment, so we are ideally seeking someone who is clean, considerate, and does not work from home full-time. While we generally keep to ourselves, we are friendly and occasionally enjoy going out for a drink.
