Double room by East India DLR - bills & gym inc

A furnished double bedroom (Room 2) is available now in my home at Elektron Tower, E14, approximately one minute's walk from East India DLR. It includes a bed, black wardrobe, desk and chair, with a large window bringing in natural light.

RENT AND LOCATION
£1,050 per calendar month, including council tax, electricity, water, heating, hot water and broadband internet. Building gym access is also included. East India DLR provides convenient connections for Canary Wharf and central London.

THE HOME
You'll share the three-bedroom flat with me, the live-in landlord, and one other lodger. The main bathroom is shared with that lodger, and the kitchen is shared with the household. There is no shared living room. This room does not have a private balcony.

THE ARRANGEMENT
Available immediately for one person, with a minimum stay of six months. Deposit: £1,000. References required. Reasonable working from home is welcome.

We keep shared spaces clean after use and observe quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. Smoking and pets are not permitted; vaping is permitted. Occasional overnight guests require prior agreement, with a maximum of two nights per calendar month and at least 24 hours' notice.
