My boyfriend and I are looking for a housemate in a gorgeous new build 2 bed apartment 🫶🏼 gay friendly a must! sublet until May, potential to extend.

Rent: £1000 per month
Bills: approx. £110 per month (inc. council tax)

🏡The Flat:🏡

Spacious, modern and south-facing with a massive balcony. Open plan kitchen/living room with TV and dishwasher. There’s also a washer/ dryer in a separate room and a communal storage cupboard. You would also have access to a residents only gym and co work space.

Fully-furnished double bedroom with en suite. Large built in wardrobe. South facing and bright.

We’re both creative, sociable, and easygoing but also enjoy chilled nights in. We love going for drinks, pub quizzes, going out to eat, exploring London, (attempting) going to the gym while also valuing our own space. A clean and tidy home is important to us, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their space too! Ideally someone we can be friends with rather than just co-habit.

Steb (31, he/him)– Works in commercial interior design and works totally remote so either working from home or at co work spaces throughout the week.
Todd (28, he/him)– A Visual merchandiser working in Battersea.

In East India (E14) 5 min walk to the DLR, 10 min walk to Canning Town (jubilee line) 20 min walk to Canary Wharf (Elizabeth and jubilee line). There’s a gorgeous coffee shop 20 seconds walk away, a Co-op 1 minute round the corner and a Tesco express (5 min walk), big Lidl and Morrisons (10 min walk).
