Great 4 bed flats - East Putney / West hill

We have one nice double available early September
And one nice single bedroom available the first of October.

The flat is a very great 4 Bedroom flat in West hill, close to Putney and East Putney.
If you are interested, can you please give us a bit of info? We would like to know who you are, what are you looking for, when do you need to move in and for how long, and eventually how old are you?

The property is composed of 4 fully furnished bedrooms ranging in size, all with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a bedside table.
There is a really nice living room and a separate Kitchen with all appliances. There is 1 full family bathroom and 1 ensuite.

You have a very big and sunny living room, with a massive sofa and nice dinning table.
BONUS: if you are working from home, we have a work from home area in the living room where you can have your spot and your desk :)

All our houses vary in size and shape but all the services are standard. Bills (Gas, Electricity, Water), Council Tax, Internet & Tv Licence are included in your rent.

Our properties are serviced weekly by professional cleaning companies. They clean the kitchen, bathrooms and all other communal areas.

Your new housemates will be a mix of working professionals between 23 and 35 years old. We keep a balance between guys and girls.

Also, our job is to create a warm and nice Flatsharing! We try to make sure all the profiles fits together in order to have people getting along and happy to live together :)
