Double room in lovely bright East Putney home!

Hi there. My name is Zita and I have a double room to rent in my large 5 bedroom, beautifully decorated, lively family home in East Putney. Please note that this is not your standard house share as such. It's more a spare room in a family home.

The house is perfect in terms of transport links. East Putney tube station (District Line) is a 5-10 minute walk away from the house. There is also good access to buses into central London. Putney overground station is a 15 minute walk away. The house is close to a large park (Wandsworth Park) and river walk. There are direct links into central London using the Uber Boat. Many supermarkets are within walking distance and corner shops within a couple of minutes. We also have a lovely pub, the Queen Adelaide, at the bottom of the road. We are also close to Wandsworth, Battersea, Barnes, Fulham, Chelsea, Clapham, Brixton Hammersmith, Wimbledon and Raynes Park.

In terms of the room, it is light and airy newly decorated so very clean, brand new sofa, TV and memory foam Mattress. The rent is £900 a month. All bills are included. Bills include gas, electricity, unlimited wireless internet, a Sky subscription and a house cleaning lady twice per week (at extra cost)! Teas and coffees too. The room comes fully furnished, including a standard size double bed, 2 seater sofa, built in hanfing and clothing storage and a plasma TV. A shared bathroom is adjacent.

I run a staffed office, working in the music industry, from home at the end of the garden, so you would also need to be aware of this from the hours of 10am to 6pm.

This opportunity would best suit a professional female. Short term lets are fine. Min 3 x months. I'd ask for one month's deposit and one month's rent upfront. I'd also require more month's notice on leaving. For a couple it will only work for a short term let of 2x months and the rent would increase by 400GBP for couples.

References are required. The room is available to view now with an immediate move in date of 15th December.
