My current flatmate is moving out around the beginning of December, so I’m looking for someone new to move in!

I’ve lived in the property for four years and absolutely love it here, so I’m hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy living here as much as I do.

A little about me 👋🏼

I’m 28 and work in tech recruitment, spending five days a week in the office. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active and would ideally love a flatmate who’s friendly, considerate and enjoys a bit of socialising.

If you’re into sports (rugby, football, cricket, etc.), enjoy going to the gym (there are about 1,000 nearby 😂), or fancy making a new friend rather than just sharing a flat, we could be a great match!

The Room and Property

The available room is a large double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and two double wardrobes.

The rest of the property is already furnished, so you’ll only need to furnish your own bedroom. You’ll just need to bring your own furniture or have a budget to get what you need.

The property also has:
- A large living room with plenty of space to relax.
- A separate kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher.
- One private parking space and two shared parking spaces.

The location 📍

The station is around a four-minute walk away, or three minutes if you’re running late like me! 😄

There are plenty of parks, gyms, pubs and restaurants nearby, and getting into the city is easy via the Underground or South Western Railway.

Who I’m looking for ✨

Ideally, someone who’s clean, considerate and easy to live with, but also up for the occasional pub trip, watching sport or just having a chat after work. It would be lovely to find a flatmate who could become a friend, too!
