Short stays only. Small double room available

This is a beautiful flat right next to East Putney Station (2min walk) and 5min walk from Putney overground station and the high street. Second (top) floor of a small block of flats that was built two years ago. Nearby are lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. I am a teacher and I have a small cat who is quite nervous so I'm looking for someone who is quiet. I get up early for work in the week so would need someone to be considerate of noise in the evenings. Not suitable for someone who wants parties or groups of people round, just short term stays are welcome (flexible on length, just ask) please do use the lounge and kitchen or course. It's not attached to your room, but you will have your own bathroom including shower and bathtub. The room has a small double sofa bed with 10cm thick mattress topper, all bed linen and towels etc provided. The room has a cabinet and triple wardrobe. The room size is in-between a single and a double. Open to different lengths of stays and prices, just message.
£100 holding deposit will be paid if you want the room (non refundable if you cancel) and then will be refunded
When you leave, given no major damage is done in the flat. Thanks
