The house is located in East Putney, a prime, safe, and desirable residential area The property has just been fully renovated. The house is well located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a 10-minute walk from East Putney Underground Station.

I am looking for a housemate, prefer female to join me in my newly renovated home. You will have your own huge double bed, walk in waredrobe, furnished room and your own bathroom, occasionally with share if there is any guest.
A little about me: I mostly work from home and am quiet, clean and tidy. I enjoy going to the gym and have a strong interest in art and design. I am a fine jewellery specialist and have worked in the luxury industry for more than a decade.
I am looking for a friendly, mature and considerate housemate who I can get along with and, most importantly, who will treat and look after my home as if it were her own.
The room is available to aged 30+ only. This is a quiet home, so no parties please.
