Cozy room in a 3 bed flat- East Putney

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly and relaxed 3-bed flat in a really nice, quiet neighbourhood.

The room is on the smaller side, but it’s super cosy and comes with a comfortable double bed. There’s also plenty of storage throughout the flat, so you’ll have lots of space for your things.

The flat itself has a large kitchen and a spacious living room with a 75-inch TV, which is great for chilling out or watching films. The flat was recently re-painted and is well taken care. If you work from home, there’s a desk downstairs in the living room— that’s where I usually work when I’m WFH.

The flatmates are both friendly, easy-going and respectful, so it’s a nice balance between having your own space and being able to socialise.

The location is great — East Putney Station is around a 3-minute walk away, with plenty of shops, cafés, supermarkets and other amenities nearby.
