Hi, I’m Russell. My current flatmate has just bought his own place, so I’m looking for a new male flatmate to take his room from 1st December.

The flat:
- Bright, top-floor flat with natural light on three sides and brilliant views across the City
- Three bedrooms, with the third currently used as a study/storage room - so plenty of space
- Separate bathroom and toilet
- Double bedroom, unfurnished
- Fully furnished communal areas (apart from the TV and a couple of small kitchen items)
- Parking bay available through the estate

Location:
- 5-minute walk to East Putney station (District Line)
- 12-minute walk to Putney station (Overground / SWR to Waterloo)

Rent / Bills:
- £1,200 pcm + bills
- bills are roughly £100 each per month (coucil tax, WiFi, Electricity and gas)
- Wandsworth council tax band D

About me:
I work in finance in the City and work from home a couple of days a week. At weekends, you’ll usually find me out running along the river or cycling around Richmond Park and into Surrey.

I’m originally from Zimbabwe/South Africa, so I’ll also be glued to the rugby whenever it’s on - and I’m always up for getting outdoors or trying a new sport!

Who I’m looking for:
Ideally, someone who’s easy-going, happy doing their own thing, but also up for the occasional beer, run along the river or hanging out. Keeping the flat clean and tidy and respecting each other’s space is important to me, while hopefully becoming friends along the way.
