The flat is in a fantastic location. East Putney tube station is less than a 10 minute walk away, while Wandsworth Town and Putney train stations are around 10/15 minutes away on foot. The flat is right by Wandsworth Park and the River Thames, with lots of lovely cafés nearby. Putney High Street and Southside Shopping Centre are also within walking distance, offering plenty of shops and useful amenities.

The rent is £1200 per month, set by the landlord, with bills averaging £135 per month (Council Tax Band D). The room is available from 28th November 2026.

You'll be sharing with one friendly professional woman who works from home in her room around 2 days a week. She enjoys cooking, running and taking classes at a local reformed pilates studio. She is relaxed and sociable while also respecting each other's space and privacy.

As this is a female household, we're hoping to find another woman who would enjoy sharing the flat and has a similar lifestyle. Ideally, we're looking for someone in a similar stage of life, roughly late 20s to mid-30s, who is considerate, tidy and friendly..
