We’re looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to join me and my boyfriend in our flat in East Putney, moving in on 21st November.
The room is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and your own private bathroom.
We’re looking for someone who is clean, friendly and laid-back, enjoys the occasional trip to the pub but is equally happy having a cosy night in.
Ideally, you’d work from home no more than one day a week, as we’d love to find someone whose routine fits well with ours.
Our flat is our little sanctuary, and we really value having a calm, cosy and relaxing space to unwind in. We’re not big on hosting, so we’re looking for someone who feels the same and would enjoy a home that’s more about relaxing than entertaining!
Rent: £1,000 per month
Bills: Approximately £150 per month
Move-in date: 21st November
