Large Double available in friendly house share.

Sadly, our lovely housemate of 5 years has decided to move in with his girlfriend so we are looking for someone to fill the gap in our Fawe Park family.

The room is a generous, private double bedroom that is furnished on the top floor with a view of the garden. There is a shared bathroom (with one other) with a bath/shower. There is access to a light, open planned attic with a lot of storage and has currently been repurposed as a spare room for visitors, Work from Home space and home gym.

The room is available from 1st February 2027. We are away in December so early viewings are encouraged.

The house is a four bedroom mid-terraced house. It consists of a double lounge, large kitchen with conservatory leading onto the patio and good sized garden. There is a cellar for small storage items… and wine. We have a secure storage area for bikes.

Who you will be living with: 3 professional South African ladies (New housemate does not need to be South African). We work from home part time. We are a sociable house who love hosting braais/BBQs and meeting new people as well as quieter nights in watching Traitors. Our interests include: travelling (local and abroad), social sport (netball, hockey, running).

What we are looking for: A 30 - 40 yr. old professional who is interested in a long term tenancy. Male or Female and doesn’t have to be South African. We would love an easy going, sociable person who will slot into this house with ease.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Bills are around £180-£210 per month and include WIFI, Elec, Water, Council Tax & a weekly cleaner.
