I have a Bright Double room available in my high spec, new build 3-bed, 2 bath flat, in East Village.

It is a beautiful flat I designed myself - I've packed the place with many many small living design decisions, e. g. details such as the geometry and size of the kitchen bin for convenience, to the flooring and surface areas for easy cleaning, and the storage places made available to each room and many other micro life improvements were considered - it's tough to compare online if you don't come to view yourself!

All bills are included (council tax, utilities, and internet)!

Double room in high spec new build 3-bed, 2 bath flat, in East Village available June 15th.

Looking for ideally a female to fill the room for a flexible tenancy of ideally at minimum 6 months.

You will share the main bathroom with just one other girl in the single room (bar the expected odd guest, parents, friends, etc).

A bit about the current flatmates:
- In the couples room - There is an easy going couple, Shishir is a Software engineer working in FANNG and his fiancé is a Lawyer in their late 20s / early 30s, taking the ensuite room (though his fiancé is away). They are chill and respectful.

- There is a female in the single room, in architecture who you'll be sharing the main bathroom with, and is quite tidy.

A little about myself (the landlord): I am out travelling for a while. I'm in my late 20s, and am a Strategy Consultant & Data Scientist. I enjoy going to the gym, doing martial arts, gaming, and exploring restaurants/ bars in London with friends.

I’m looking for friendly, tidy, respectful female professional a a replacement for the existing tenant (Japanese girl expat, moving out after her long stay in the lovely flat!). You must also be in the habit of cleaning up quite quickly after cooking.

Service charge, Council tax, electric, water, heating, and internet included in the price!!!
