En-Suite Double room, East Village, Stratford

Available from 01 January 2027 (An earlier move in date can be arranged) . I am looking to fill an en-suite double room in a 2 bed 2 bath flat as my current flatmate is relocating abroad.

The room is relatively spacious and comes fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. You will get your own separate bathroom.

The flat is well appointed with a washer/dryer, oven, dishwasher. I have also purchased a microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils.

We are in a corner suite with a large balcony that wraps around two sides (180 degree views).

4 minute walk from Stratford International DLR station and plenty of amenities around. Steps from Westfield Stratford, Olympic Park, shops and restaurants. Stratford is well connected to other parts of London with the Jubilee, Central, Elizabeth, Overground and DLR.

Rent is £1,336 per month excluding bills which will be around £170 per month. Bills include electricity, heating, water and council tax. (Internet is included within the rent price).

Affordability Criteria (Critical): You should be earning at least £40k per annum. If not, then your UK based guarantor should be earning at least £70k per annum and have a good or above credit score.

About me: I am a professional accountant working in Canary Wharf and usually work from home 2-3 days a week. I am from Mauritius and moved to London around more than 4 years back. I am quiet and clean and looking for someone similar. I enjoy going to the gym, to the park and meeting up with friends.
