My flat mate is moving out after 3 years so i'm looking for someone to share a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat in East Village.
£1340pcm and no deposit. You would need to go through referencing, a credit and income check. Bills not included.
Official move in date as included on the contract will be 16th July. However there is an opportunity to move in sooner, from 1st July, if required, with a reduced rent during this two week period as my flat mate is moving out early.
Flat: It's a great, modern flat with two big bedrooms. Open plan living with modern kitchen and bathrooms, and extra large balcony that runs the whole length of the flat. You would have your own large bathroom (shower over bath) adjacent to the bedroom. Furnishings would be included (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables).
Secure bike storage can be provided as well as an underground car parking spot (additional fees set by Get Living the landlord and subject to availability).
About me: I work in sales locally in Hackney Wick. I'm looking for a flat mate that I can go for a few beers with sometimes or chill out watching TV. I share a small dog with my ex-partner called Toby, who will be with me in the flat for a few days a week, so my flatmate should be ok to be around dogs. Toby is well behaved, has lived in the flat for several years and is quiet and fully toilet trained, and loves a game.
Location: 5 minutes walk to Westfield, 10 minutes to Stratford station and the fantastic transport links. 4 minutes walk to Stratford International (takes only 7 minutes to St Pancras). There’s a Sainsbury’s within 3 minutes walk and well stocked Nisa.
Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk too, including Hackney Wick. The canal-side bars and eateries are 10 minutes walk away and Hackney marshes a leisurely 20 minutes. Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is on the doorstep and offers some great outdoor spaces.
