Looking for a clean, tidy person to move into a lovely, bright three-bedroom flat in East Village!

The contract for the flat is due for renewal in mid-September and sadly my two flatmates will be moving elsewhere, so I'm looking for people to take over their rooms (one of the rooms is now taken). The rooms come furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe and two bedside tables. There's also plenty of space for a desk if needed.

About the flat:
There's an open plan living room/kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space, plus a washing machine/tumble dryer. Next to the living room is a lovely winter garden (like a covered balcony), which is great for the summer months. The flat has floor-to-ceiling windows so is always lovely and bright, as well as A/C for the hot weather! The main bathroom has both a bath and a shower and will be shared between the two new tenants (the third bedroom has an en-suite). The building does have parking but please note that it would cost an extra £120 per month to park your car there. The flat is managed by Get Living, who are super helpful when it comes to any maintenance issues, and also have a 24-hour security team.

About the area:
The flat is situated in lovely East Village, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs around, plus gyms (VeloPark/Copperbox are the nearest but also not far from the Aquatics Centre). It’s right next to the Olympic Park and also within easy walking distance of Hackney Wick and Victoria Park. We're only five minutes' walk from the Westfield shopping centre, which has a cinema and bowling alley as well as lots of shops and restaurants. Commuting to work is super easy, with Stratford International just five minutes away (DLR plus high-speed trains to St Pancras and down into Kent) and Stratford station less than 15 minutes' walk (Elizabeth line, Central, Jubilee, Overground, DLR).

About me:
I have lived in the flat for a year and really love living here. I work in children's publishing, in the office two days a week and from home the other three days. In my free time, I enjoy going to gigs and to fitness classes at the local gyms, as well as cooking, reading, watching TV, seeing friends, going for walks. I'm ideally looking for people with a similar hybrid working pattern, who will be respectful of the flat and keep the communal spaces clean and tidy. It'd be great to find people who have their own things going on but are equally happy to have a chat and hang out sometimes in the evenings.

The other new flatmate is a teacher who’ll be starting her new job in East London this September.

The practical things:
- Due to Get Living's rental terms, new tenants must earn at least £33,000 per year. Provided you meet this requirement, there is no deposit.
- The rooms are available from 11th September.
- You'd be signing on to a three-year contract, but it is possible to move out sooner than that if necessary (although I'd love to find people who want to stay for the whole three years!).
- Rent will go up annually in line with inflation (the £1085 is the price from this September, the first increase would be September 2025).
- Internet is included in the rent but other bills (electricity, council tax (band D), water, heating) come to around £130 each per month currently.
- I'm hoping to find new flatmates as soon as possible, to allow time for Get Living's referencing process.
