Spacious double bedroom in modern 3-bed EV flat

Looking for a clean, tidy person to move into a lovely, bright three-bedroom flat in East Village!

Sadly one of our flatmates is moving out into her own place, so we're looking for someone to take over her room from early/mid-March. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe and two bedside tables. There's also plenty of space for a desk if needed.

About the flat:
There's an open plan living room/kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space, plus a washing machine/tumble dryer. Next to the living room is a lovely winter garden (like a covered balcony), which is great for the summer months. The flat has floor-to-ceiling windows so is always lovely and bright, as well as A/C for the hot weather! You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. The building does have an underground car park but the parking fee would be an additional charge. The flat is managed by Get Living, who are super helpful when it comes to any maintenance issues, and also have a 24-hour security team.

About the area:
The flat is situated in lovely East Village, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs around, plus several gyms, and a pilates studio just next door. It’s right next to the Olympic Park and also within easy walking distance of Hackney Wick and Victoria Park. We're only five minutes' walk from the Westfield shopping centre, which has a cinema and bowling alley as well as lots of shops and restaurants. Commuting to work is super easy, with Stratford International just five minutes away (DLR plus high-speed trains to St Pancras and down into Kent) and Stratford station less than 15 minutes' walk (Elizabeth line, Central, Jubilee, Overground, DLR).

About the current flatmates:
You would be sharing with Rosie (29, works in children's publishing) and Polly (26, works in HR). Rosie has lived in the flat for two and a half years and works from home three days a week. Polly has lived here for about 16 months and is usually office-based. We both enjoy cooking, going to fitness classes at the local gyms and exploring the area. We're ideally looking for a female flatmate with similar interests, who will be respectful of the flat and keep the communal spaces clean and tidy.

The practical things:
- Due to Get Living's rental terms, new tenants must earn at least £34,500 per year. Provided you meet this requirement, there is no deposit.
- The room is available from 11th March.
- You'd be signing on to our current contract, which ends in September 2027 so we're looking for someone who is planning to be here long-term..
- Rent will go up annually in line with inflation (the first increase will be in September).
- Internet is included in the rent but other bills (electricity, council tax (band D), water, heating) come to around £130 each per month currently.
- We'll be doing viewings this weekend (31st Jan/1st Feb) and would like to find someone by early/mid-Feb to allow time for the referencing process.
