I’m the current tenant renting out two private rooms in my flat. Both rooms are available individually — you can rent just one room, no need to take both.

The two rooms share one bathroom, and whoever rents the first room will have the opportunity to help choose the second flatmate (since you’ll be sharing the bathroom together).
