Hi there!
We are looking for a new tenant to fill a vacant room in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in East Village.
The room is a very large, bright master bedroom on the top floor of the property - rent £1150 per month + bills. It shares a bathroom with 1 other bedroom, which will be occupied by a professional female in her early 30s.
We will be occupying a room with an en suite on the ground floor.
There is a large living room and kitchen on the first floor of the property. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven with hob and ample storage space and has a sliding door leading out onto a private patio. There is also a garden area that is shared with the other houses.
The house is located in East Village - which is a lovely, modern neighbourhood with several nearby cafes, restaurants and gyms and is close to Olympic Park and Westfield Shopping Centre.
Stratford Underground, Overground, DLR and National Rail stations are all less than 10 mins' walk away, so it is very conveniently located for commuters.
A bit about me: I am a 31-year-old British guy who works 9-to-5 in the office for the NHS. I enjoy comedy, music, acting and travelling.
I am looking for a friendly, easy-going, tidy housemate, who will treat the house as their home.
The move in date is the 25th of November and the property is owned by GetLiving, who do not require a deposit, but run a credit check before agreeing to let a prospective tenant sign the rental agreement. You need will need to be earning an annual salary of more that 30x the monthly rent, which works out to £34,500 per year. If you do not quite earn enough, but are still interested, please let me know your salary and I will discuss with GetLiving to see if they can allow some leeway on this.
You will need to sign the lease, which will give you the option to stay for up to 3 years. If you would like to leave sooner than that, we will just need to find your replacement and provide GetLiving with 2 months' notice.
