East Village double room with en suite

I will be moving out of our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in East Village and I am looking for someone to take my room.

🗓️ The room is available from December 5th until January 24th, but there is the option to sign onto a new lease agreement on January 24th if you want and if you meet the income requirements.

💷 Rent is £1,120 per month, plus shared bills. December’s rent will be prorated from your move-in date, so the initial payment will be lower than a full month’s rent. Please message me for the payment breakdown.

🛏️ The room is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the ground floor of the property.
🛁 In addition to having your own bathroom, the room feels very private, as the other two tenants' rooms are located on the second floor of the house and share a bathroom.

👯 You will be sharing the house with two friendly house mates: one female (33 years old, from the UK, working in Sports Communication) and one male (24 years old, from Spain, working as a Social Media Manager).

🏡 The house has a large living room and kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven with a hob and ample storage space ,and has a sliding door leading out onto a private patio. There is also a garden area that is shared with the other houses.

☕️ The house is located in East Village, which is a lovely, modern neighbourhood with several nearby cafes, restaurants and gyms and is close to Olympic Park and Westfield Shopping Centre.

🚆 Stratford Underground, Overground, DLR and National Rail stations are all less than 10 mins' walk away, so it is very conveniently located for commuters.

I am looking for a friendly, easy-going, tidy housemate, who will treat the house as their home.

The property is owned by Get Living, who own numerous properties in the area and respond quickly to any maintenance problems.

If you wish to sign on to the new lease agreement on January 24th, you will not need a deposit, but you will need to pass the background requirements, which include earning at least 30x the monthly rent and not having a history of adverse credit.
