Double room available for rent in East Village

Hi! We are looking for a fourth person to take over a room after our flatmate moves out. We are preferably looking for a female housemate.

The room, which is available from March is a double room with a bathroom shared with one other housemate.

Current Housemates
We live in a friendly and social household, and everyone is quite easy-going. My housemates work in consultancy at PWC, as a data engineer, and in architecture.

The property is located in Zone 2, making getting around super convenient on public transport.

Stratford international is a 4-minute walk from the house while Stratford station is a 10-minute walk.

From Stratford station + Stratford International:

- 8 mins to Liverpool Street
- 9 mins to Canary Wharf
- 15 mins to London Bridge

There's a large amount of green space in the area and it is very close to the Olympic Park. The Westfield mall is also located nearby.
Get Living homes have an energy efficiency rating of B or C. The house is large, fully furnished, and has all the amenities you'd expect, such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, underfloor heating, and a garden/patio space.

Rent inclusive of bills is approximately £1080

Get Living doesn't do deposits so they will need to run a credit check which takes two to three weeks
