Our lovely flatmate is leaving London and we are looking for a new flatmate to share a 3 bed 2 bathroom flat in East Village Stratford. Move in date: 27 October - we are looking to move fast!

The rent for the room is £1095 pcm. You would need to go through referencing, a credit and income check. Wifi is included but other bills are not included (works out as roughly £120 a month).

The flat itself It's a great, modern flat with three bedrooms. Open plan living with modern kitchen and bathrooms and large winter garden. Free secure bike storage as well as an underground car parking spot for an additional fee.

Our flat offers a bright and airy double room, fully furnished with ample storage space. With wardrobes, drawers, and under-bed storage, you'll have plenty of room for all your belongings. You will share the bathroom with one other flatmate.
