I’m sadly leaving my beautiful room in this gorgeous home for some travel adventures of my own..

The good news is there’s a bright spacious double room up for grabs in Stratford East Village. It’s a shared bathroom with 1 other lovely and clean tenant. In a three bedroom flat with an enormous living and kitchen area that opens out onto the balcony, you’ll definitely feel at home and safe.

- 1st December move in date
- ~£1138 per month + bills which come to around £90/100 per month. This includes council tax which is band D Newham council.
- Deposit is 5 weeks rent

It has a beautiful balcony and is 2 mins walk from the Victory Plaza square, Stratford international station, Westfield and 8-10 mins walk to Stratford underground. It’s a 4 min walk to The Gym Group and cute little restaurants, coffee shops and parks all within walking distance.

The flat is fully furnished, There are wardrobes in each room, double bed and mattress and the rooms have big windows with lots of light coming through - in my room I have my own bed and mattress that I’ll be taking with me, but if needed the landlords can return the original bed and mattress I asked them to remove when I moved in/ otherwise it’ll stay without it and you can bring your own.

The 2 current tenants WFH 2-4 times a week on average so if it works for you to also wfh that’s possible.

About the girls:
Expect… listening to music while cooking, Netflix, yoga , post-work slump chats, spirituality, both good, light energy, chilled and like to have a laugh.
