We are currently trying to fill a room in our beautiful house as i’m moving in with my boyfriend!
Meaning we’ve got a double room available in our 3-storey townhouse in East Village / Hackney Wick, and we’re looking for a new housemate to join✨🏡
📅 Move-in date: 1st November (can be slightly flexible on this)
💸 Rent: 1025.11
🔌 Bills: ~£135 - £175
👜 Deposit: £0 — just pay first month’s rent on move-in.
You’ll be living with three lovely girlies:
• Kaarunya (28)– Cyber Security
• Shereen (27) - Digital Services Consultant
• Maddie (25) - Business Analyst
Looking for someone around a similar age so mid 20s+ would be preferable!
You’ll share a bathroom with just one person (Shereen).
We’re social, clean, respectful, and want someone who’s up for being friends and not just housemates ✨🫶💖

• 10 mins to Westfield Stratford — shops, restaurants, cinema 🎬🛍️
• 10 mins to Hackney Wick 🚉🎨
