We have an opportunity for someone to take a double bedroom with an en-suite in an amazing flatshare in East Village from 11th January 2027, as I am sadly moving out to travel after 2 years!

Your Room & Flat
The room is a spacious, bright, furnished double bedroom with en-suite.

The rest of the house is equally spacious, with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/ diner all furnished with built in Siemens appliances and a large winter garden overlooking the courtyard.

There’s plenty of coffee shops and amenities around east village, with a wine bar just opening up over the summer and a Pilates studio literally 2 mins walk from us. We’re also about 15 mins walk from Stratford and Hackney Wick, and 7 mins to Stratford international so can get into the city super easy!

- Rent for the room is £1240 PCM
- Bills amount to roughly £120-150PCM per person (including CT, heating, electric, water)

✨ REALLY IMPORTANT INFO:
(we have had prospective tenants fall through because they failed the below checks. Please please make sure these things are in order before agreeing to take the room 🥲):

- Standard employer references will apply and they typically require you to have a salary of 30x your rent share (so £28k+).
- MUST have good or excellent credit score
- if you fail the credit check, they may still consider you, but you will need a guarantor
- any guarantor needed MUST earn minimum of £83k per year.
- If you drive, we also have a parking space available in the secure underground garage, but this will be at your own additional cost which you can arrange with GetLiving.
