I am looking to sublet my room in East Village while I go traveling from the 4th of December-3rd of January.
The flat is a 3 minute walk to Stratford International DLR + Train station and a 15 min walk to Hackney Wick/Stratford station (Jubilee, Central, Elizabeth, Overground).
It's an en-suite large room with a king size bed and completely furnished. The flat is gorgeous and really modern with a huge open plan kitchen and living room. The flat has a large winter garden and also has access to the buildings private garden.
The development has lots of great cafes, restaurants, wine bars, gyms, a pilates studio and 24/7 on site security.
It's such a gorgeous area with lots of flea markets and parks nearby (Olympic park is a 3 minute walk and Victoria Park being a 5 minute cycle).
You'll be living with two of my close friends who are super friendly, tidy and sociable.
Rent (incl bills) is £300 per week/£1100 for the month. Flexible on how long you take it for!
