💸 Monthly Costs

Rent: £995.31
Bills: Approximately £130 per person (varies throughout the year)
Deposit: None required 🎉
The agency requires an annual salary of at least 30 times the monthly rent, or a suitable guarantor if you don't meet the income criteria.

💼 Property Management

The corporate landlord is responsive and provides a straightforward maintenance service. Simply raise a ticket, and the team aims to attend to issues within 24 hours. 👨‍🔧

👥 Your Flatmates

You'll be living with Svetlana 🇫🇷 (33) and Daniel 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (32), both working professionals who enjoy a relaxed, friendly home. We love the occasional shared dinner, evening chats and having a comfortable space to unwind.

Daniel works in the office full-time, while Svetlana works hybrid, spending three days a week in the office. A similar routine would be great, but it's not a deal-breaker! 😊
