We have two furnished double bedrooms available in a lovely flat, complete with a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen and with a balcony!

The rooms come with a comfortable double bed and furniture, so you’ll have everything you need to settle in.

🛋️ About the Flat

The flat has a large, open living area and kitchen with a balcony, giving you plenty of room to relax and enjoy the space.

We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks to help keep the flat clean and tidy.

Bills are not included and come to around £100-150 per month per person

Potential flexibility on move in date. We’ve all lived in the flat for a few years and had a wonderful time however the two flat mates leaving have now got their own properties!

Really close to Westfield,! Stratford international and Stratford station - amazing travel links!

I’m a friendly, clean and tidy working professional who enjoys living in a comfortable and respectful home.

I work a mix of home and office (approximately 2–3 days a week in the office).

I am a considerate individual who values having a clean, relaxed and welcoming home.

The bathroom is shared with one other person.
