I’m looking for someone to take over my place in a lovely, fully furnished three-bedroom flat in Stratford East Village as soon as possible, as I’ll be travelling. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to move in during November or December, with the exact date to be discussed.

The room is the second-largest bedroom in a modern three-bedroom flat in the heart of East Village. It’s spacious and comfortable, and the flat has a balcony and Wi-Fi.

You’ll be living with two friendly female flatmates, aged 23 and 25. We’re tidy, respectful and easygoing, and the bathroom is shared with just one other female flatmate.

📍 Fantastic Stratford Location

The flat is ideally located for transport, shopping, green spaces and everyday amenities.

🛍️ Approximately 3 minutes’ walk to Westfield Stratford City
🚆 Approximately 3 minutes’ walk to Stratford International Station and the DLR

This is an opportunity for someone to take over my place on the tenancy, rather than a short-term room rental.** I’m hoping to find a suitable replacement tenant as soon as possible so I can make arrangements before travelling.

The change will be subject to Get Living’s approval and completion of the required tenancy arrangements. The process and terms will need to be confirmed with the landlord.
