Unite Students- Standard En-suite Room

Student accommodation, looking for a student (undergrad/postgrad) to take over my contract for my room. 
Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, until 19 June 2027 (when the contract ends)
The room has queen size bed, en-suite private bathroom , desk, wardrobe and lots of storage.
Shared kitchen with 8 others but it’s not that busy and I don’t really see a lot of them.
And I’ve included a picture of the window as it’s different to how they show on the website, it’s really big and faces the courtyard and can see view of central London so it’s nice to lay on the windowsill on a clear day
Kitchen is big, has 2x sinks, 2x hob/oven, 2x fridge/freezer, sofa, bar seating area, and a hoover + mop.
Reception downstairs takes in parcels for you and is also 24h. All bills and WiFi included.
Communal areas has a ping pong table, pool table and football table, and there’s also a small gym, karaoke room, cinema room, gaming room, sky lounge and study areas. Also a big laundry room with washers and dryers
Honestly it’s a nice place to live, I’ve lived here 2 and a half years. Right next to Westfield, like 7 min walk to Stratford station, and like 2 min walk to Stratford International
