Hello future flat mate!

We are an Aussie couple who have a spare room and bath in our flat for rent from November onwards.

I work in admin and my partner is a lawyer. We love travelling, movies, seeing mates, restaurants, and reading! We are ideally looking for someone who is friendly, approachable and an open communicator.

We have had incredible room mates in the past who have become great friends so ideally would like to keep the streak going!

I work full-time in the office and my partner is hybrid but we also like to come back home and relax.

We have a furnished room with a queen-size bed and a separate private bathroom, in a spacious, sun facing top floor apartment with underfloor heating and a large, fully equipped kitchen.

Located in the heart of Hackney Wick, you're just moments from Hackney Wick Station, Hackney Bridge, the Olympic Park and Victoria Park, surrounded by great cafés, bars, restaurants and all the amenities you could need.

Excellent transport links. Hackney Wick Station connects you to the Mildmay line, while a bus directly across the street runs to Stratford every 7 minutes, giving you access to all major London Underground lines.
