🏠 The Space & The Rooms

Hi! I’m Ian. I have a spare room available in my terraced house. You’ll have shared use of the entire home, including a good garden (a massive bonus in London!).
• Room : [e. g., Small double overlooking the garden - 320 x 240 CMS.
I live here too, but I am absent around half the time for travel and work, meaning whoever moves in will often have the house to themselves.
Note: If a group or family is looking for a whole house rental, I am open to discussing renting the entire property out at the right price.

The location is incredibly convenient for getting around:
• Silver Street rail station is just a short walk away (direct links to Liverpool Street/Seven Sisters).
• High-frequency buses right nearby take you straight to Seven Sisters tube station (Victoria Line) for a fast commute into central London.

My big loves are music, travel, cinema, and literature (though I definitely need to read more!). I’m progressive, easy-going, and love a good chat, but I also respect personal space.

To save us both some time, I like to be upfront about who will fit in well here. I am looking for a tidy, clean, and considerate housemate.

• Untidy or messy in shared spaces
