I have beautiful double room for 900£ a month in the renovated flat in Elephant and Castle area. Room is bright and clean, there is big front garden near the flat.


The flat is literally a 5 minute by bus from Elephant and castle tube station and has every conceivable shop nearby too. The block is situated in a very quiet part of the area and benefits from quiet residents also.

I am looking for a lodger that is quiet, very clean and tidy, considerate, polite, friendly and respectful. I also need a lodger that is a NON smoker. I require photocopies of formal documentation such as passport or drivers licence, one month's rent in advance and a deposit for the same amount. Natalia
