Great double room in newly decorated flat

Hi guys-

I have a great double room to let in a flat and am looking for a flatmate who is tidy, relaxed and likes to have a good laugh over a glass of wine or two.

I am a very laid back and easy going guy who works hard during the week and likes to chill out on weekends.

I'm a personal trainer and pro boxing coach- I worked in the corporate world in PR and as an Event Producer for over 10 years but decided id had enough of the daily grind 😂

Always good to have a laugh and be mates with who you live but I also know that having ones own space is important too, just to chill.

This place is ideal for someone who is is looking for a 'home' rather than just a flat to rent. Its a quiet and chilled space, but the odd party now and again is never a bad thing lol.

The flat is in a great location in elephant castle very close to tower bridge, borough and elephant and castle and all the amenities.

A little about the place-

I am a live in landlord, i'm very chilled and friendly, and look on the bright side if anything needs fixing or done it will be sorted straight away 😂

The room itself is lovely, quiet and faces back onto a courtyard, literally just finished redecorating it so everything is new. Got wardrobe and drawers and happy for you to put up shelves and pics etc. The TV in the pic is also included, no worries if u have your own that's fine too.

Lounge - great size, huge tv, Xbox, Netflix, Prime etc..

Kitchen - Great size and a really sociable space, spend a lot of time in here tbh, great for sharing a meal or a glass of red wine on a sat night putting the world to rights. Brand new washer, coffee machine, airfryer, tv etc..

Bathroom - has everything you expect from a bathroom 😂

Happy to live with guys or girls, my current flatmate Hannah is moving to Dubai for work, and we have become good friends in that time.
