I have a beautifully recently refurbished house in SE17 , Victorian terrace, the outside may look typical of this style of houses, but inside is all modern, fresh and comfy:

- a good size double room on first floor, available for single occupancy only. It has a double bed and double mattress, bedside unit, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair, mirror, laminated floor, AVAILABLE from 5th Jan 25.

There is a shared bathroom on first floor and another one on ground floor which also houses washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a spacious kitchen dinner with lots of cupboard storage, tall fridge and separate tall freezer. Garden is at the back and separate lounge at the front.

Location is two minutes walk from Old Kent Road Tesco Store, there are several line of buses to central London and surrounding areas (15-20mins journey to Central). I'm looking for professionals, friendly, and open minded people to share the house. Cleanliness and considerate of others are important, also non smoking preferred.
