Double bedroom in Elephant and Castle

I am a spaniard working for an investment fund in London. I have a spare double bedroom in my new built flat in elephant and castle. I would like to rent it for 2 weeks from the 18th May to the 31st May. I work from 8am to 9pm so i hardly spend any time in the flat. It is a lovely flat with all needed amenities including underfloor heating, balcony, fully equiped kitchen. There is a cleaner coming once a week on Sunday.
