En-Suite Double Bedroom in Elephant & Castle

I am looking for someone to take over the rent of this modern en-suite double bedroom, in a furnished two bedroom apartment, located in Elephant and Castle. I have lived in this lovely apartment for 2 years, but sadly my flatmate is moving out and I would like to continue to live here, so I am looking for a new flatmate to take over the rent for the double bedroom.

Other than the two bedrooms (only one of which is available for rent), the apartment features a spacious living room and an open plan kitchen (shared between myself and the new tenant). There is lots of natural light, due to the large windows, which I love! The views, during both day and night, are gorgeous.

The move in date is 18th August 2024, but an earlier date may be negotiable. If you a student or are unemployed, the landlord would need to be able to pay rent in 6 month installments, rather than monthly.
