Hello, I am looking for someone I can trust to take care of my flat while I will be abroad for 2 months from January 9th, to March 9th 2025.

It's a one-bedroom flat (not a flatshare) with a separate kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The flat is on the 1st floor of a quiet street. It is fully furnished, cosy with lots of good natural light. And with a balcony.
The bedroom and living room face the back and get some morning sun.

9min walk from 3 main station. Southwark (Jubilee line), Borough (northern bank branch) and Elephant and Castle (Northern and Bakerloo line) and also trains from E&C. Plus are plenty of buses.

Lots of supermarkets nearby, Few minutes walk to mercato metropolinato, 15 min walk to Southbank and London bridge.

You have everything to be comfy. It’s furnished, everything will stay there, cutlery, pan and pots, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. I am happy for you to use the bedding and towels. Really everything you need, you basically just need clothes. It's ideal for a short term as you won't have to spend money on buying house stuff.

Price:
I am happy to offer a cheaper rent/bills combo at £1975* per month. With a deposit of the £1000 which will be returned the day I come back. With a max of £150 for electricity, if you spend more, you will pay the remaining - it's a smart meter)

It’s a sublet and only available from January 9, to March 9 2025. (so 2 months).
Professional preferred, clean and respectful, no pets allowed, no smoking inside.
I can’t do a few days as I won’t be here to manage people moving, so I can’t be flexible on those days, sorry.
