Double room in a lovely flatshare in Elphant & Castle - 10 min walk from E&C Tube & Overground. Close to gyms, restaurants and tonnes of shops. 20-25 min walk from London Bridge.

The room is on the smaller side but is a great price for the area (and london in general these days) and is in a lovely, well taken care of, split level flat.

Room is on the 1st floor, at the back overlooking gardens so very peaceful.

Comes with built in wardrobe.

Current flat mate prefers a single bed to fit his desk, but can fit a small double if required.

THE FLAT

•⁠ ⁠Split level flat (1st & 2nd floors) on a very quiet street (LTN) just off Walworth Road.

•⁠ ⁠Nice, spacious kitchen with modern appliences

•⁠ ⁠The flat is owned by lovely housing association (which explains the price). They’re very responsive and trustworthy.

•⁠ ⁠Attic space for storage

•⁠ ⁠Large shared living room

•⁠ ⁠Amazing central heating

•⁠ ⁠1 bathroom with a good shower.

•⁠ ⁠Rent is split between us, your room is the smallest so you pay less at £540 a month.

•⁠ ⁠Bills aren't included but usually come at £100-£160 a month which includes fibre optic and everything else.

CURRENT HOUSEHOLD

•⁠ ⁠Patrick, Irish, 28, works in healthcare, loves gyming, music, singing/songwriting, piano.

•⁠ ⁠James, Irish 28, works in Tech, loves films, long walks, music, music production, photography & videography.

We love where we live and treat the flat like our home, so we keep it in good nick. We're both social, enjoy chatting & movie in the living room.

I’ve lived here 3 years, Patrick Moved in over a year ago. We get along really well and are looking for someone who is sound, trustworthy and clean.

IDEAL FLATMATE
