Sunny Double Room in Elephant and Castle

A double room in our 3-bed flat is available now. We would love another female to join our cosy home in the heart of E&C.

The flat:
The flat is split over two floors (1st & 2nd), with a spacious living room/dining room and big kitchen. There's a lovely bathroom with a shower/bath that you'll be sharing with one other flatmate.

The room:
The room is a sunny, good sized double on the 2nd floor. It comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, 2 double built-in wardrobes, a bookcase and there is additional shared storage in the hallway.

The room is £850 + £140-160 for bills (vary depending on season). The bills include all the usual plus Netflix and contents insurance.

The location:
The flat is about a 15 minute walk from Elephant & Castle and Borough stations, and 25 minutes from London Bridge and Bermondsey. There are about 10 different bus routes 2 minutes from the flat, that go all over the city. We love the area which is near lots of leafy green spaces (Burgess and Southwark park) and food markets (Maltby Street, Mercato Metropolitano and Borough Market). There are plenty of restaurants and bars around, and Bermondsey street is a 10 minute walk away.

Us:
We are Lorie and Rachael, 28 and 34 and both work full-time in the Civil Service. We work partly from the office and partly from home. We like to spend time together during the evenings, eating or watching TV and pop for drinks or to the theatre, but also have our own lives. We love this flat, and like to keep it clean and tidy and treat it as our home. We are looking for someone who is similar minded, mature, friendly and considerate.

We are ideally looking for a fellow professional, age 27-36, non-smoker, female preferred.
