Single rooms available in SE17 

I have lovely single rooms in the renovated flat in Elephant and Castle area. The rooms are bright and clean, there is big front garden near the flat.

The flat is literally a 5 minute by bus from Elephant and castle tube station and has every conceivable shop nearby too. The block is situated in a very quiet part of the area and benefits from quiet residents also.

I am looking for a lodger that is quiet, very clean and tidy, considerate, polite, friendly and respectful. I also need a lodger that is a NON smoker. I require photocopies of formal documentation such as passport or drivers licence, one month's rent in advance and a deposit for the same amount. Natalia
