Room Elephant & Castle

Sadly moving out of our flat in elephant and castle as I’m moving abroad for work so looking for someone to take my room / portion of the tenancy.

4 bed 3 bath flat, over two floors (you’ll be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person) on the 15th floor. Massive open plan kitchen / living room + balcony. Incredible views of the city.

You’ll be living with 3 girls, all professionals aged 26-27. Sociable but each have independent lives.

Zone 1 so super central. 2 min walk to the tube. 15 min walk to London Bridge.

Rent is 1150pm + bills (around 150pm). Lease runs until 9 September but likely that the landlord will renew (as they have done two years previously) if you wish to stay longer.
