Short-term sublet in a lovely queer house | E&C

Hey! I’m looking for someone lovely to sublet my room in Elephant & Castle (Zone 1) for a couple of months while I’m away.

You’d be living with 3 lovely queer guys, all young professionals. It’s a big Victorian house with a courtyard garden, large living/dining room, separate kitchen and two modern bathrooms.

The room is a cosy double with built-in wardrobes and a big sash window overlooking the garden, so there’s loads of natural light. You’d usually only share the bathroom with one other person too.

It’s a fun, friendly and queer household 🌈 Everyone has their own lives, but there’s a nice social side too: dinners together, quiet nights in, queer games/socials, sports and the occasional night out. Definitely sociable, but not a party house.

Looking for someone friendly, tidy, respectful and LGBTQ+ friendly who’ll treat the place like home while I’m away and hopefully get on well with everyone.

£1,050 pcm, including bills.
