The room has a double bed, wardrobe, sofa and bright window.

The flat has a large living room, separate kitchen and a wonderful, sunny balcony (wonderful and sunny in summer anyhow 😅) .

The flat is near East Street, it's a quiet area and about ten minutes' walk to Elephant & Castle (Zone 1). Close to buses and shops (Lidl on Old Kent Road is a couple of minutes), and of course close to the gay spots in South London.

I'm Tom 👋 I work as a management consultant. I'm on the social side and up for hanging out from time to time, the living room is comfy and set up for that! Hope that you will feel at home here 🙂
