En-suite room for rent

Hi, I am moving out of the country and looking for a replacement for me for this en-suite room. It’s 5 mins walking from Elephant & Castle station (Northern, Bakerloo and the national rail). Several buses to central London (453, 53, 188, 172, 1, 63) stop right outside the door at the Rodney Place bustop as well. The building has a dedicated concierge, rooftop lounge, a gym and another common working area on the first/garden floor (with free tea and coffee!) and a private garden area (which the balcony overlooks).

You will be sharing the house with an Indian guy who’s a working professional in his late 30s. He’s sociable, kind, and extremely clean! The room is fully furnished (table, chair, cupboards, bed, chest of drawers, fans etc.) as is the rest of the house (the kitchen, TV, etc). You will also have complete access to all the amenities listed above. It’s available from 25th October onwards for short or long term lets (date flexible).
