En-suite room for rent in Zone 1!

Hi, I am moving out of the country and looking for a replacement for me for this en-suite room. It’s 5 mins walking from Elephant & Castle station (Northern, Bakerloo and the national rail). Several buses to central London (453, 53, 188, 172, 1, 63) stop right outside the door at the Rodney Place bustop as well, which get you to Covent Garden, SoHo, Aldwych etc. in 15-20 mins. The building has a dedicated concierge, rooftop lounge with a stunning view of the London skyline, a gym and another common working area on the first/garden floor (with free tea and coffee!) and a private garden area (which the balcony overlooks).

You will be sharing the house with an Indian guy who’s a working professional in his late 30s. He’s sociable, kind, and extremely clean! The room is fully furnished (table, chair, cupboards, bed, chest of drawers, fans etc.) as is the rest of the house (the kitchen, TV, etc). You will also have complete access to all the amenities listed above. It’s available from 25th October onwards for a short let (latest till 26th November, but dates can be flexible). The rent is 1800 all inclusive for the whole month. Feel free to send me a private message for more details.
