We have a beautiful furnished double room with own bathroom available in our modern home in Elephant & Castle, SE1 – Zone 1.

The bedroom is bright and fully furnished with a double bed, large built-in wardrobes offering excellent storage, bedside table and a proper desk/workspace, making it suitable for someone who occasionally works from home.

The home has a lovely large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and plenty of space to cook, eat and relax. There’s also a private outdoor terrace/garden.


We have a cleaner twice a month too.
This isn’t a typical multi-person London flatshare. We’re looking for one professional who wants a comfortable, relaxed home in central London and will treat the space with the same care that we do.

The property is in Elephant & Castle, Zone 1, with excellent transport connections and very easy access to London Bridge, the City, Westminster and central London.

£1,200 per month, including bills and Wi-Fi.

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate, independent and easy to live with. Finding the right person is more important to us than simply filling the room as quickly as possible.

We’re a married couple in our early 40s, both working professionals. We’re pretty relaxed and enjoy good food, a peaceful home and good conversation. We like our home to feel warm and sociable, while also respecting everyone’s privacy and space.

We’re looking for someone with a similar outlook — friendly and comfortable having a chat when we’re all around, but equally happy doing their own thing.
