The flat is around a 10-minute walk from both Elephant & Castle and Kennington tube stations, plus several bus routes just a couple of minutes away. It’s very well connected to central London (around 30 min to UCL and LSE), with supermarkets, gyms, cafés, a library and other amenities nearby.
📅 Availability: From 16 October. Initially available for 2 months (until 15 December), with the possibility to extend for an additional 1–3 months, subject to prior discussion and agreement.
💷 Rent: £1,250/month + approx. £100 for utilities.
