Hi everyone! We're looking for people to fill two soon-to-be vacant rooms in our lovely Victorian 4-bedroom house in Elephant & castle.
About the house: the house is genuinely great - it has a big living room with a bay window, a kitchen (with a dishwasher and tumble drier), a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, and a nice terrace. We have two bathrooms as well, so we all only share with 1 other person.
About the rooms: they're two of the slightly smaller rooms in the house, but still quite spacious (especially by London standards). They both include two built-in wardrobes and are furnished with a bed and a little dresser.
About the current tenants: you'll be living with one guy (myself) and one girl. I just moved in a couple months ago, so am still relatively new to the house. The other tenant has lived here for over a year now. We're both friendly and respectful, and professionals in our 20s/early 30s. We're looking forward to befriending with whoever moves in next and taking advantage of our great common area!
The house is council tax band E. Cumulative cost of bills (including tax) usually comes to approx. £109 per room.
