2 rooms in 3 bed available in Elephant & Castle

Hello, I'm Alfonce (they/them), and I'm looking for two people to join me in this 3-bed flat in Elephant& Castle (SE17). The flat is a 15-minute walk from both Kennington and Elephant & Castle stations (pleanty of buses in Walworth Road, which is 5 mins away).
The two rooms available are shown in the pictures below. Rent is £ 1033 per month, with bills coming to around £ 340 per month, so in total it's £ 1146 per month. The current housemates have already handed in their notice, so the rooms are available from the end of October onwards (earlier start is negotiable). References and checks will be done through the landlord.
About me - I'm in my early 30s and work as a psychologist in the NHS (some 1 or 2 days of WFH). I enjoy basketball, music, and singing, and I'm a bit of a homebody, but I also enjoy the outdoors, exhibitions, and an occasional night out.
I am looking for people who can contribute to making the space feel safe, caring, and considerate. The place is queer-friendly, and there is a preference for people from the global majority.
