We have a king room going in our 3 bed flat in Elephant and Castle (SE17).
Flat has a large living/dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and separate washing machine and dryer. No lift, but located on the first floor.
The flat is a 20 minute walk from Elephant and Castle station, a half an hour walk to both London Bridge and Waterloo, and has good bus links into central. It’s a 5 minute walk to Lidl, and a 10 minute walk to a Tesco super store.
You’ll be moving in with Olga (28 years old) who works in book publishing. She enjoys a good read (shocker!), movie nights, museum/gallery trips, and travelling. Also appreciates a nice balance of socialising and alone time. Another female flatmate will be moving in soon too.
This is a tenant swap, so you’ll need to be able to pass the usual reference and affordability checks. Looking for young professionals aged 23–35, no students. Recommended individual annual salary: £30,000+.
Rent:
£1000 + bills
Bills are typically £100-£135 per month (+/- seasonally depending on energy, water and heating usage)
Deposit: £1057.67 per person
Move in date for both rooms: November 3rd
